These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your purchase and use of the Ibiza Club Pass (“Pass”) provided by Ibiza Club Pass a brand of P.U.ENTERPRISES IBIZA SL., registered in Spain. By purchasing and/or using the Pass, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs in full.

 

1. Pass Options & Pricing

• 7‑Day Pass – Access to 7 events (one must be the Pukka Up Boat Party)

• Midweek Pass – Access to 4 events (one must be the Pukka Up Boat Party)

• Weekend Pass – Access to 3 events (one must be the Pukka Up Boat Party)

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable Spanish VAT. We take every care to ensure prices are accurate, but in the event of an obvious pricing error:

• If the correct price is lower, we charge the lower amount.

• If higher, we will contact you to advise and allow you to confirm or cancel the booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

• If booking is within 14 days of the event, full payment is mandatory.

• Failure to pay within the required timeline may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Confirmation & Event Scheduling

• Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference and itinerary details.

• On arrival in Ibiza, you’ll meet your dedicated rep to schedule events and issue individual tickets/wristbands/guest list.
  
  4. Event Entry Requirements

• Events will have entry time requirements that will be going through when scheduling your events on your arrival day.

• All event start times, dress codes, and restrictions will be communicated before booking and via your rep. Guests must comply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your travel to and from each venue.

• Check local laws, dress codes, and venue policies. Reps can advise, but it’s your responsibility to comply.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

6.1 By You:

• Notify us before the first event date to request cancellation.

• Refunds follow this scale:
  • >14 days before: full refund

  • ≤14 days before: no refund.

• No refunds for requests made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival.

6.2 By Us:

• If an event is cancelled by us or the venue:
  1. We’ll offer you a comparable alternative event.

  2. If unsuitable, you may be eligible for a partial refund, determined case-by-case.

6.3 Force Majeure:

• If cancellations occur due to events beyond our control (weather, government restrictions, venue issues), we are not liable for compensation. We’ll refund any recoverable costs minus reasonable fees.

7. Changes & Amendments

• Changes requested post-booking (e.g., date, event selection) are subject to availability, third-party charges.

• Name changes are only allowed to correct typographical errors; other name transfers are not permitted.

8. Pass Conditions

• The Pass and tickets are non-transferable, non-sellable, and must only be used by the original purchaser.

• Violation (resale or transfer) may result in cancellation without refund.

9. Lost/Stolen Wristbands

• You are responsible for safekeeping your wristband/ticket.

• Lost wristbands can be replaced through your rep; replacements may incur charges due to event supplier fees.

10. Liability & Conduct

• You attend events at your own risk.

• We are not liable for personal injury, lost/stolen property, or intoxication-related incidents at third-party events.

• Misconduct (disruptive, abusive, illegal) may result in removal from events with no refund.

11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

• Issues during an event must be reported immediately to your rep.

• For unresolved concerns, email info@ibiza‑club‑pass.com within 28 days of the relevant event.

• We will investigate and provide a response within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

• These T&Cs are governed by Spanish law.

• Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.

13. Changes to T&Cs

• We may update these T&Cs without prior notice.

• The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your transaction.
